Q: What is a Sponsor? 

A: Sponsors provide monetary funding to support Flip the Pharmacy.  There are two types of sponsorships: 

1) Program Sponsor: provide any amount of monetary funding to globally support the Flip the Pharmacy Program.  Organizations who provide a minimum of $100K ($50K per year) will be recognized on the Flip the Pharmacy website. Additional information on Program Sponsorship should be directed to sponsor@flipthepharmacy.com.  

2) Team Sponsor: provide any amount of monetary funding to specifically support one or more Practice Transformation Team(s). Organizations who provide a minimum of $25K ($12,500 per year) will be recognized on the Flip the Pharmacy website.  Applicants should use the web-based sponsor form in the application submission to recognize secured Sponsorship funding.

Q: How do I list Team Sponsors for Round 4 (Cohort 4, October 2022 – September 2024) in the application?

A: There is an templated Round 4 Team Sponsor Pledge Letter process embedded in the application site for that section.  The applicant will send a request to the Team Sponsor via the automated process and the Team Sponsor's Representative will fill out the online form.  This process should be completed for each Team Sponsor supporting each Team applicant. 

Q: Are there examples of Team Sponsors from prior Rounds? 
A: Yes, they are listed on the www.flipthepharmacy.com weblink above.  Flip the Pharmacy is actively engaging with various organizations to financially support the global efforts of the Program.    Two Team Sponsors examples include AmerisourceBergen who provided funding for Team Tennessee and Team GATE (Greater Appalachian Transformation Effort) and Value Drug Company who provided funding for Team PPCN (Pennsylvania Pharmacists Care Network).
